Affidavit has been filed by the Station House Officer in compliance of order dated 5.12.2016. Along with the affidavit, statement of the wife namely Rukmani Devi Chouhan has also been enclosed, in which she has clearly stated that she is living separately from her husband on her own will. 2.
In view of above, we find no merits in the case and the same is accordingly dismissed.
