This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of CrPC for grant of bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.303/2020, registered at Police Station Kotwali, District BastarJagdalpur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20 (B) (II) (C) of the NDPS Act. 2.

The first bail application was dismissed on merits vide order dated 28.09.2020 in MCRC

No.5609/2020.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant at length and considering the material available on record and further considering the quantity of contraband, I do not consider the present to be a fit case for grant of bail to the applicant.

Accordingly, the second bail application is dismissed.
