1. The applicant has preferred this third bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 12.05.2018 in connection with Crime No. 238/2018 registered in Police Station- Sakti, District Janjgir-Champa (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 294, 323 & 506 of IPC

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this third bail application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, this third bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
