1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking a relief of direction to be issued to the respondents to consider the case of the two petitioners as well for the post of Training Officer Class-III in the trade Fitter as well as in the trade Electrician.

2. The respondents subsequently have filed their return and in their return they have specifically stated that both the petitioners have been issued with the order of appointment on 10.01.2013 and 02.05.2013, copy of which have been collectively filed as Annexure R/1 with the writ petition.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioners had been subsequently given the appointment, this Court is of the opinion that the substantive grievance of the petitioners stands redressed.
