The petitioner has filed this writ petition for issuance of direction for grant of subsistence allowance at the higher rate as per provisions of law stating inter-alia that the petitioner has been suspended on 20.7.2013, but subsistence allowance is not being increased time to time.

Be that as it may, the petitioner may make a representation to respondent No.3, who would consider as to whether the petitioner is entitled to increase subsistence allowance, if any, during the period of suspension within four weeks from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner and communicate the decision thereof. 3.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No order as to cost(s).
