1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.462/2020 registered in Police Station Masturi, District Bilaspur for offence under Section 304 (B)/34 of the IPC and in alternative 302 of the IPC.

2. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application, as bail application of co-accused Smt. Ishwari Rathore has already been dismissed by the co-ordinate Bench in MCRC No.8284/2020.
