Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 28/10/2015 The matter is listed for orders on P.U.D. dated 29.09.2015 by which the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bilaspur has requested for extension of two more months time for final disposal of the succession case.

On 16.04.2015, this Court while disposing the petition had directed the trial Court to decide the succession case as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the next date of hearing. By the PUD under consideration the court below has again prayed for two more months time for disposal of the succession case. The request made by the concerned court appears to be genuine and therefore two more month's time is granted from the next date of hearing. The concerned Judge is directed to make all the endeavour for early disposal of the succession case.

Registry is directed to send the copy of this order to the concerned Court immediately.
