By order dated 18-4-2016 the petitioner has been transferred in the same capacity i.e. from the post of Assistant Teacher (Panchayat) from Primary School, Nanasiya, District Raigarh to District Kabeerdham.

Although the petitioner's first writ petition bearing WPS No.2870 of 2016 has been disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer representation, however, subsequently batch of writ petitions bearing WPS No.1273 of 2016 and other connected matters has been allowed in favour of similarly placed Assistant Teachers who have been transferred from one district to another. The petitioner is also working as an Assistant Teacher (Panchayat) and has been transferred from one district to another 3.

In view of the above, the writ petition is allowed in terms of the order passed in WPS No.1273 of 2016 and other connected matters. Consequently, the orders dated 18-4-2016 & 19-9-2016 are quashed.
