2. The applicants have preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.24/2020, registered at Police Station Dharsiwa, District Raipur (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 294, 506 & 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. In all 8 accused persons went to the house of injured Rajkumar Mehto to settle the dispute regarding theft of mobile and thereafter, co-accused Bhupendra Verma and present applicant No.1 Satyam Verma caused injuries over the person of injured by means of knife.

4. Out of 8 accused persons, 6 accused persons have already been released on bail by this Court in different M.Cr.C. Co-accused Bhupendra Verma, who is also facing allegation of making assault by knife, has been granted bail in M.Cr.C.No.1722 of 2020. The applicants are in detention since 11-1-2020 i.e. for more than 8 months and charge sheet has already been filed.

5. Considering the relevant aspects of the matter, I am of the opinion that present is a fit case to release the applicants on regular bail.

6. Accordingly, the bail application M.Cr.C.No.4079 of 2020 is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
