1. Admittedly, the petitioner's second appeal against the order passed by the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Janjgir Champa on 23.3.2015 is pending consideration before the

Chhattisgarh State Cooperative Tribunal and the said appeal is fixed for final hearing on 5.1.2017.

2. In view of the above, instead of keeping this writ petition pending, which is against the interim order, it is disposed of with a direction to the Tribunal to hear and decide the petitioner's second appeal by concluding the hearing on the next date of hearing or within 3 weeks thereafter.
