Referring to paragarph 6 of the order dated 21.06.2016 in WPC No.1531/2016, it is argued that the concerned Tahsildar has not decided the matter within 4 months.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, it would appear that ends of justice would be served if the Tahsildar is directed to decide the matter in accordance with the observation made by this Court on 21.06.2016 in WPC No.1531/2016 within a period of 2 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is ordered accordingly.

If the Tahsildar fails to decide the matter within the above stated period of 2 months, this Court shall be constrained to draw contempt proceedings against the Tahsildar.

The contempt petition stands disposed of.
