1. The grievance of the Petitioner is against the order dated 26.12.2014 whereby the Petitioner has been transferred from Ghumka to Chhuikhadan. She also seeks to impugn the order dated 31.03.2015 whereby her representation submitted as per direction of this court on 22.01.2015 in Writ Petition (S) No.189 of 2015 (filed by the Petitioner against order dated 26.12.2014) was rejected and she has been asked to comply with the order dated 26.12.2014 transferring her from Ghumka to Chhuikhadan.

2. Notices were issued to the Respondents/State on 17.04.2015 and the Respondents

took time to file reply but till date no reply has been filed on behalf of the State. While admitting the Petition, this court granted interim protection on 17.04.2015 staying the effect and operation of the impugned order. By virtue of said interim order passed in favour of Petitioner she continued at the said place of posting i.e. at Ghumka.

3. At this stage, learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that they shall not insist upon the compliance of the impugned order any further, however they may have liberty to pass a fresh transfer order in case the need so warrants.

4. In view of above submission made by the State counsel, nothing further remains for adjudication upon in this writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of reserving right of the State Govt. to pass appropriate orders in case the need so arises. No order as to costs.
