Petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent No.2, CMO, Pendra, Nagar Panchayat Pendra for passing the necessary orders for renewal of the Colonizer Registration Certificate issued in favour of the petitioner by the SDO (Revenue), Pendra Road on 20.05.2011.

Considering the fact that the prayer for renewal of the licence/registration is pending since 31.05.2016 (Annexures-P-4 & P-5), the writ petition is disposed of with direction that if the prayer for renewal is still pending consideration, the respondent

No.2 shall consider and pass necessary orders, in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 2 months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order. 3.
