1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner was entitled to be promoted on the post of Upper Division Teacher on 24.03.2010 but he has not been promoted on that date for which he has already made representation which is pending consideration before respondent No.3.

3. Be that as it may, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order. Petitioner is at liberty to file additional representation within 15 days from today. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
