Agrawal Order On Board /0 1 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed on the post of Peon vide order dated 10.5.2007 issued by respondent/Block Education Officer, Pondi Uproda, District Korba but he has not been paid salary from 10.05.2007 to 13.08.2009, for which he has made representation to respondents No. 2 & 3 but the same has not been decided till now and, therefore, they may be directed to decide the representation of the

petitioner expeditiously. To which, counsel for the State has no objection.

(2) Be that as it may, respondents No. 2 & 3 are directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
