1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.125/2021 registered in Police Station: Sakri District Bilaspur for offence under Section 294, 307, 323/34, 341 & 506 of the IPC.
2. On some dispute on the eve of Holi festival, at about 4.30 pm on 29.3.2021, the applicant and co-accused persons assaulted the injured Rahul Tiwari by means of wooden raft (Phatta) causing haematoma on left front region over head.
3. Admittedly, the injured did not fell unconscious after sustaining injury.

4. Learned State Counsel as well as learned counsel for the Objector would submit that the applicant has previous antecedents, therefore, he does not deserve to be released on bail.
5. Considering the entire fact situation of the case and for the fact that the the applicant is in jail since 2.4.2021 and the charge sheet has already been filed, I am inclined to release him on bail.
6. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
