This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.114/2020 registered at Police Station Ghumka, District Rajnandgaon (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdrawn this bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.
