This office reference has been registered on the request made by the learned Additional Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sarangarh, Raigarh, for extension of time to decide Motor Accident Claim Case No.01 of 2006 (Tikaram & Anr. V Smt. Shyam Bai & Ors.) {in the PUD the number of claim case has wrongly been mentioned as 01 of 2016}, which was directed to be decided within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of the order passed by this Court on 28th August, 2020 in MAC No.300 of 2014.

On due consideration, three months time is allowed to decide the claim case No.01 of 2006 from today. Copy of this order be sent to the concerned MACT forthwith.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
