1. The Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies passed the order dated 5.10.2012 directing the respondent-Bank to settle the dues of the petitioner within three months, but that has not been considered and decided by the respondent-Bank.

2. Be that as it may, respondent No.3/Chief Executive Officer, District Co-operative Central Bank Maryadit, Bilaspur is directed to proceed in accordance with law as directed by the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies on 5.10.2012.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
