1. P.U.D. has been received from the Court of Second Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur, C.G. praying for extension of time for concluding the trial in Sessions Case No.15/2018.

2. This Court had while disposing off M.Cr.C. No.6799 of 2020 on 02.12.2020 directed the trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of 04 months.

3. Considered on the reasons mentioned in the P.U.D. and on that basis, i feel inclined to allow this prayer.

4. Consequently, this P.U.D. is disposed off and a further extension of three months time is granted to the trial Court for concluding the trial in the case mentioned hereinabove.
