The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.37/2020, registered at Police Station Basantpur, District Rajnandgaon (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC.

The applicant has extorted Rs.3 Lakhs from several victims assuring them to arrange employment. The applicant created a fake website and whosoever applied for seeking employment through the website, they were called for interview and fake appointment letters were issued in their favour.

Considering the modus operandi and the nature of crime, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail. 4.
