Agrawal Order On Board 0 1 / 11 /201 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the respondents are not complying with the order dated 13.2.2001 passed in Original Application No.1963/2000 and they are not paying interest on the arrears of amount of Kramonnati benefits, therefore, directions may be issued to the respondents authorities to comply with the order dated 13.2.2001 in its letter and spirit.

(2) Direction has already been issued in favour of the petitioner in original

application No.1963/2000, therefore, no fresh direction/mandamus can be issued in this regard. However, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law for non compliance of the order dated 13.2.2001. (3) With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally dispoed of.
