Agrawal Order On Board 19/04/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application for alternation on the interim maintenance granted by the Family Court, Raipur vide order dated 06.04.2016, which has not been decided till this date, therefore, direction may be issued to the said Court to decide the said application and case expeditiously.

(2) In view of above, Family Court, Raipur is directed to consider and decide the said application and case filed by the

petitioner, expeditiously.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
