1. The petitioner is substantially holding the post of Supervisor in the Chhattisgarh Mining Development Corporation.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent representation for allowing the petitioner to work on the post of Mining Inspector is pending consideration before the respondents, that may be directed to be decided.
3. The prayer is fair and reasonable.
4. The respondents are directed to decide the representation of the petitioner, expeditiously, in accordance with law. The petitioner to file additional material/representation, if any.
5. With this observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
