Agrawal Order On Board 24/01/2017 (1) Counsel for the petitioner would submit that salary has not been paid to the petitioner from 3.1.2015 till today though he is regular employee working on the post of A.N.M. in Department of Health, at Community Health Center, Sonhat, Distt. Korea and, therefore, a direction may be issued to respondent No. 5 to release the salary of the petitioner for the aforesaid period. To which, counsel for the State has no objection.

(2) Be that as it may, the respondent No. 5 - Chief Medical & Health Officer, Korea is directed to look into the matter and take a decision with regard to salary of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
