In view of the reply filed by the State wherein it has been stated that no cognizable offence has been reported, at this stage, this Court is not inclined to pass any order for registration of the FIR.

However, the petitioner shall have the liberty to seek appropriate remedy as available to him under the law which may include filing of complaint.

With the above observation, this petition stands disposed of.
