1. Considering the fact that vide Annexure P-1 only the nature of work has been shifted and the petitioner vide impugned order has been retained at the same place, this Court does not find any strong case made out calling for an interference with the impugned transfer order.

2. The writ petition accordingly stands rejected.

3. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the higher
