2. The petitioner is challenging the construction of rope way at Ma Bamleshwari Temple, Dongargarh.

3. The petitioner is a trustee of Ma Bamleshwari Temple Trust, Dongargarh. He is not claiming any relief for himself but is complaining about construction of rope way contrary to the approved map and plan.

4. Since the petitioner is not claiming any relief for himself, the grievance agitated appears to be in pro bono.

5. The writ petition is not maintainable in its present form, therefore, it is dismissed. Let the petitioner prefer WP(PIL) in accordance with the rules of this Court.
