General duly supported by averment in the return that the charge sheet (Annexure-P/1) and the show cause notice (Annexure-P/7) which are assailed in this writ petition are distinct and separate relating to two different enquiries, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to prefer a fresh writ petition challenging one or other enquiry or both.

2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
