Sam Koshy Order On Board 11.05.2018 The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the appeal preferred against the order of punishment dated 26.06.2009 whereby the the petitioner was imposed with a punishment of reduction to a lower stage in pay scale till date has not been decided. 2.

Counsel appearing for the respondents do not have any objection if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the appellate authority to decide the appeal of the petitioner if the same has not been decided. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction that if the appeal of the petitioner till date has not been decided,

the same be decided by the appellate Authority as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 90 days from today. 4.
