Counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's appeal against the order of termination is pending before the respondent No. 3- Inspector General of Police, Durg Range, Durg and, therefore, a direction may be issued to the appellate authority/respondent No. 3 to decide the petitioner's appeal expeditiously. To which, counsel for the State has no objection. 2.
Be that as it may, the appellate authority is directed to consider & decide the appeal of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if already not decided, in accordance with law.
