This petition has been brought under Article 227 of the Constitution of India being aggrieved by the order dated 25.05.2021, by which the application filed by the petitioner, praying for passing orders to maintain status-quo over the disputed property was rejected by the learned District Judge, Bastar at Jagdalpur.

After hearing the submission, this petition is disposed off at motion stage. The petitioner has already filed a Miscellaneous Appeal No.1/2021, before the Court of District Judge, Bastar at Jagdalpur,
which is pending for final hearing. As the matter was getting delayed, therefore, the application was filed seeking status-quo order, which was rejected, but the appeal is still pending, which can be decided and the relief, which the petitioner is seeking here that can be pursued by him in the appeal. Therefore, the present petition is disposed off. The learned District Judge, Bastar at Jagdalpur is directed to expedite the proceeding in Miscellaneous Appeal No.1/2021 and dispose of the same within three weeks from the date this order is communicated to the said Court.
