2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.36/2021 registered at Police Station Narayanpur, District Jashpur (CG)

MCRC No. 3808 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 370, 34 of the IPC.

3. The applicants have trafÏcked a minor girl , aged about 17 years and took her to Mirzapur in the State of Uttar Pradesh, where she was kept for 15-16 days and thereafter, she was taken to a different village, where she was kept for 1 1⁄2 months.

4. Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to release the applicants on regular bail.
