1. Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of termination passed by the Zila Panchayat, Kabirdham on 08.02.2016.

2. The order is appealable under Rule 13 of the Chhattisgarh Teacher (Panchayat) Cadre (Recruitment & Conditions of Service) Rules, 2012, therefore, the present writ petition is not maintainable. It is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal, in accordance with law.
