1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.58/2020 registered in Police Station Berla, District Bemetara for offence under Section 376 (2)(i)(n) of the IPC and Section 5 (L) & 6 of the POCSO Act.

2. This is the 4th bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix. Thereafter the applicant preferred two bail applications in which it was mentioned that they are the second bail applications, therefore, one of them was withdrawn and the other one viz. MCRC No.105/2021 was heard and decided on merits. In this order, this Court has perused the deposition of the prosecutrix.

3. No case for entertaining this 4th bail application is made out. It is accordingly rejected.
