(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that against the impugned order dated 26.12.2014, the petitioner has preferred representation before respondent No.2 i.e. Director

General of Police (CAF), Raipur for redressal of his grievances, which has not been considered and decided till this date and therefore direction may be issued to the respondent No.2 to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (4) In view of above, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
