The respondent No. 3 - Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Rajnandgaon has rejected the application for issuance of caste certificate sought for by the petitioner to his son, aggrieved against which this writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner. 2.

Learned State counsel would submit that order is appealable before the Collector, Rajnandgaon.

Be that as it may, the petitioner would be at liberty to prefer an appeal before the Collector, Rajnandgaon for issuance of caste certificate to his son, that will be considered and decided by the said authority expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
