Agrawal Order On Board 05/09/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be allowed to file an application for modification/recall of the order dated 17.08.2016 before the State Information Commission as he is only pressing the appeal against the rejection of his application by the Public Information Officer, Akaltara.

(2) In view of above, the petitioner is permitted to file an application for modification/recall of the order dated 17.08.2016 before the State Information Commission.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
