(2) Be that as it may, allotment committee is directed to look into the application filed by the petitioner as well as respondent No. 6 and take a decision expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order without being influenced by order dated 22.03.2017 in accordance with law.
