1. Heard.

2. The applicant has preferred the first bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.26/2021, registered at Police Station Tikrapara, District- Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 506, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The applicant has caused injuries by means of knife on the person Gulshan Sahu and his bother Narayan Sahu. Both the injured have received simple injuries and admitted in hospital for one day.

4. Two criminal antecedents pointed out by the learned State counsel does not involve commission of any heinous offence.

5. Considering that the applicant is in jail since 24-01-2021 i.e. for more than six months and the charge sheet has already been filed, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.

6. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
