1. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move appropriate application for proving the original news-paper publication as primary evidence, if permissible in law.

2. If such application is filed, the trial Court shall decide the same on its own merits, without being influenced by the impugned order.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
