(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that salary of three months i.e. August, September & November, 2016 have not been paid to the petitioner for which, he has made representation before respondent No.3 i.e. Block Education Officer, Gaurella for releasing his salary but no decision has been taken till this date and, therefore, direction may be issued to respondent No.3 to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (4) Be that as it may, respondent No.3 i.e. Block Education Officer, Gaurella is directed to consider and take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (5) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and respondent authorities may decide the representation on its own merits.

(6) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
