This is the fourth bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 265/2016, registered at Police Station- Pandrii, District- Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 392/397, 120B read with Section 34 of IPC and Section 25 & 27of the Arms Act. 2.

The first bail application MCRC No. 3253/2018 was heard and decided on merit on 06.08.2018, the second bail application MCRC No. 959/2019 was dismissed as withdrawn on 15.02.2019 and the third bail application MCRC No. 6621/2019 was dismissed for want of prosecution on 13.03.2020. 3.

Heard counsel for both the parties and perused the records. 4.

After considering the facts and circumstances, I do not find any new ground or new circumstances in favour of this applicant to

entertain this application, therefore, the fourth bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is hereby rejected at motion stage itself.
