Sam Koshy Order On Board 17/07/2015 Through the instant writ petition the petitioner has assailed the order of his removal from service dated 25.01.2014. Counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has not availed the alternative remedy available to him and has filed the writ petition straightway against the impugned order and therefore the present writ petition is premature.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the impugned order before the Appellate Authority and in the event of the appeal being preferred, the concerned Authority shall decide the same as early as possible preferably within the period prescribed under the standing order.
With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
