1. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that for restoration of WPCR No.145 of 2015, applicant's MCC No.284 of 2017 was allowed by this Court on 12-4-2017, subject to payment of Rs.1000/- within one week, however, there was a delay of one day in payment of cost, therefore, the writ petition is still not restored to its original number.

2. Since now the cost has already been paid by the applicant, WPCR No.145 of 2015 is restored to its original number.

3. A copy of this order be placed in the record of WPCR No. 145 of 2015.
