1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has completed the work, but even undisputed amount has not been paid to him, for which he made a representation to respondent No.3.

2. Be that as it may, Respondent No.3 is directed to consider and take a decision on the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to make an additional representation, if any.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off.
