1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition for tracing out her husband Shri Gaurishankar.

2. The State has filed return supported by the affidavit of the officer-in-charge that despite all efforts, whereabouts of the missing person could not be gathered and a detailed affidavit has been filed.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner seeks to withdraw this

petition with liberty to make a representation before the competent authority along with the affidavit of the State for claiming family pension and the competent authority is free to consider that application / representation in accordance with law. The petitioner may file certified copy of the return filed by the State in this writ petition that her husband is not traceable.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
