Learned counsel for the respondents at the outset, referring to document Annexure R/3-2, submits that the order of the Court has been complied with. 2.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount as claimed by the petitioner has not been paid.

This Court did not decide as to what is the amount liable to be paid to the petitioner. All that was directed to the authority was to take decision on petitioner's representation. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the amount paid to him and claims that less than due has been paid, he would be at liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedy. 4.
