This petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 17.10.2014 passed in W.P.(C.) No.2035 of 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent has not decided the case as per the direction of this Court. He submits that the respondent was obliged to pass order on the same terms as ordered by this Court in the case of Dr. (Major) Thakur Ajit Singh and Ors. Vs. State of C.G. & Ors in W.P. (C)No.7222/2009. The respondent-authority has considered the representation of the petitioners and a distinction has been drawn on certain reason that present is a case of private unaided institution. Therefore, in my opinion, it is not a case of willful disobedience of the order of the Court. The petitioners would be at liberty to challenge the order in separately constituted proceedings.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
