1. This is office reference.

2. Perused the letter of request dated 13-4-2021 sent by the Sessions Judge, Korba, District Korba (CG) wherein he has prayed for extension of time for disposal of CRMP No. 192 of 2021 in which he is directed to expedite the trial of Sessions Case No. 60 of 2019 and dispose of the case as soon as possible, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

3. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that due to ongoing pandemic Covid 19, the witnesses are not turning up and proper proceedings are also not going on, three months time ie., from 87-2021 to 7-10-2021 is granted to expedite the trial of Sessions Case No. 60 of 2019 and dispose of the case within the said period.
